Fabulous Events, Inc. has a linen sample program which is available to our corporate clients as well as our event planning community. This program allows you to order sample linens and/or
chair covers to show your end user. Please note that these samples are not intended for event use, they are for display only. This policy is intended for short term use and not for long term
displays. See our Showroom Samples Policy for long term samples.

If you are an end user, this program does not apply, please contact a sales associate at 877-200-2424 for details regarding samples.

The following details our sample policies and quantities.

  • 3 Chair Covers with sashes
  • 2 Napkins
  • 2 Table Linens
  • 2 Overlays or Runners

Fabulous Events will ship samples to you at no cost, providing you have placed orders within the past 90 days. You are required to return the samples to Fabulous Events within 10 calendar
days. In addition, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Eligible customers are extended this opportunity up to 2 times a month at no charge. If you require additional samples
during the same period, you are able to request up to 6 more table linens, 6 chair covers and sashes as well as 6 napkins at laundry prices plus applicable shipping. Any samples above this
quantity will be charged regular rental rates.

Some things to know:

  • Fabulous Events, Inc. reserves the right to request that samples be returned early in the event that they are required to fulfill an order.
  • During peak times, we cannot guarantee that certain samples/colors will be available.
  • Failure to return sample orders on time will result in the automatic charge for the weekly rental of the product(s).
  • This policy is for short term samples. Please see our Showroom Sample Policy for 30 day samples.
  • All samples will be covered under the same terms as listed in our Rental Terms and Conditions. Please contact your sales associate with any questions.
